Anna Jones

Anna is the founder and lead designer of ARJ Home Design LLC, established in 2015 with a vision to create timeless, luxury residential designs. With over 13 years of experience in construction and design, Anna blends creativity with practicality to deliver elegant, build-ready plans that meet local building codes. Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, she draws inspiration from architecture, nature, and her clients’ ideas to create spaces that are both beautiful and livable.

Nathan Gerdau

Nathan is a self-motivated designer with a strong work ethic and a passion for creating thoughtful, functional spaces. Approachable and detail-oriented, he enjoys collaborating closely with clients to bring ideas to life through creative design solutions. Inspired by each project as a fresh start, Nathan works across a range of styles with a particular appreciation for modern design. He considers design not just his profession, but something he genuinely loves doing every day.

Taylor Doss

Taylor is a hardworking, family-oriented designer with a passion for creating beautiful, livable spaces. Creative and collaborative by nature, she brings care and intention to every project, always striving to learn, grow, and deliver thoughtful design solutions. Taylor is especially drawn to classic and traditional styles, finding joy in elevating older homes with timeless elegance. Inspired by collaboration and the impact design can have on people’s lives, she is committed to building a meaningful, long-term career in home design.
